About me:
I am an expert on Veteran and First Responder treatment. I have been in private practice since 2018 and built my practice from the ground up. I have helped others in the community start their practices. I also have assisted clinicians on their cases, with this population, and how to work with the major payers such as TriCare and the VA.
I have been a counselor (LCSW) for over a decade. I began working with the US Army in 2014. From 2015-2020 I served in the US Army as a Behavioral Health Officer. I deployed to Kuwait, Iraq and Jordan. I am also married to an Afghanistan Combat Veteran.
I expanded my clinical practice to First Responder treatment and exclusively work with the Veteran and First Responder community in Indianapolis, Indiana. I work with Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD), Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), the Indiana Army National Guard and the Veterans Administration on cases.
I completed certification requirements for Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Brainspotting, two advanced treatments for PTSD. My private practice is located in Northwest Indianapolis. Here are my my professional CV + education and research CV.

$160 per hour, via Zoom
$300 for a package of 2, 1 hour consultations via Zoom
Unfortunately, I am unable to take on interns in my practice but can offer limited supervision.
